The breakfast was extensive but often very crowded. Room service were excellent as we were sick for the days we were staying and they were great. Same with the housekeeping services. The shower was very modern and facilities good. The downstairs Coffee cafe served fabulous coffee. I enjoyed the Javanese music in the breakfast room.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed — the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. The hotel itself is stunning from the moment you step inside – beautifully designed with impressive interiors. There are several restaurants to choose from, ranging from Japanese to Chinese cuisine, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of options and great quality. The only downside was the bathroom. Although the rooms are beautifully decorated, there was some mold in the bathroom, and the tiles didn’t seem to be cleaned properly. It’s a pity, because a hotel of such a high standard should maintain better cleanliness.

Absolutely loved my stay at this stunning 5-star hotel in the heart of Malang! 🌟 Despite being a small city, everything you need is just a stone's throw away, and taxi rides are a blast. The staff was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, making my stay truly memorable. The room? An absolute gem—spacious and beautifully decorated! Plus, breakfast offered a fantastic variety that catered to all tastes. I even transformed the massive 65-inch TV into a laptop monitor, allowing me to work remotely from the comfort of my bed—it was such a fun experience! If you’re in Malang to explore Bromo, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. You won’t find a better blend of quality and value anywhere else!

The largest hotel in town, with luxurious and spacious lobby and restaurants. The property offers three dining options, including a delightful Japanese restaurant, a stylish bar, and a rooftop lounge. The breakfast buffet is extensive, catering to diverse tastes with local, Chinese, European, and Japanese cuisine. The room was cozy, spacious, and offer pleasant view. While the room themselve were comfortable, the bathrooms could benefit from more thorough cleaning, particularly addressing the mold on shower curtains and dirty corners.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and always greet you with a smile. The hotel itself is really well laid out with good facilities. The rooms are clean and comfortable, so no worries for a good rest, especially after a days trip to Bromo, which is highly recommended. The restaurants at the hotel serve great food but a little more expensive compared to the local cuisine outside the hotel, which is the norm wherever you stay. Anyway, we will certainly stay at this lovely hotel again when we return to Indonesia 🇮🇩

This is a great hotel which looks and feels brand new, because of course it is brand new. The Executive King Room was spacious with an amazingly comfortable bed and the bathroom was spacious with a fantastic shower. The rooms are really quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and staff are super friendly and helpful. A really enjoyable stay and will undoubtedly stay here again when in Malang next.

This hotel provides a various breakfast menu with many option such as Indonesian food, Asian food, Japanese food etc. I like their local food such as Rawon and Soto Ayam. Their Rawon (Black Beef Soup) is delicious. All staffs are polite, helpful and friendly.
